Q. Is the Foundation a 501(C) 3 Corporation?
A. Yes and all donations are tax exempt

Q. Do the Safety Trains travel all of the United States?
A. Yes.
On most occasions the Safety Trains travel on CSX in the
Eastern section of the Country and in the Western section of the Country,
the Dow Safety Train travels on the Union Pacific Railroad. Other railroads
such as Norfolk Southern and some Short Line Railroads have hosted the Safety Trains.

Q. Can a railroad lease or rent a Safety Train?
A. Yes—on special occasions the equipment has been leased
for special events providing that the leaser meets very strict requirements |
